New for 2025 - this year there are no OA fees for Roscoff and Trinity. For L'Aber Wrac'h and PASAB only, they must pay any entry fee in addition to their COGS Offshore series entry fee 2025 IRC or YTC Certificates MUST be submitted, preferably on the same day as your entry form and definitely before a race series starts. Most handicaps change each year, especially IRC, as boat age is used in calculating them. It is a significant administrative challange to change a handicap once racing has started! IRC Certificates can be applied for, starting January 2025 and YTC from February 2025. They get busier towards the start of the racing season, so apply early.
